Following is an email I received detailing a complaint about Motorcycle Training Supplies.  I take no responsibility for the information, and am just posting it so you can all see the complaint and make your own evaluations:

[After reading the first part, read the rest from the bottom up.]

  Dear Marc:

I am a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Riding Instructor located in Connecticut.

I am writing to inform you of a Problem I encountered with the http://motorcycletrainingsupplies.com  AKA Garrett Diversified.

I ordered and Paid for one of their Leather Cowhide Range Card Pouches that was advertised on their Web Site and also sent them one of my Connecticut Rider Education Program Instructor Patches to be applied. The order total was $41.75 and my check was cashed on Apr.5, 2004 but I never received it.

I have made several Telephone calls and sent several emails regarding this order but never received any reply from them regarding this matter.

I have just filed a Complaint with the Local Post Office and requested they investigate and tp pursue a "Mail Fraud Complaint".

I am requesting that you issue a Warning, Notation or even to Remove them from your Web Site http://www.shadowriders.org/msf_discounts/ where I originally found this Web Site...........

Sincerely yours,

Anthony D. Zaccagnino

Copies of the emails sent To & From the MotorcycleTrainingSupplies.com Company regarding this matter.

Dear Sirs:

I am a MSF Rider Coach in Connecticut (MSF # xxxxxx Conn REP # xxxx) and am writing to file a complaint against the Motorcycle Training Supplies Company (AKA Garritt Industries).

I contacted them for a Leather Cowhide Range Card Pouch (which was advertised on their Web Site) and sent them my Connecticut Rider Education Instructors Patch and Paid them $41.75 for the Pouch and to have my Instructors Patch applied to it. The Order was placed on March 19, 2004 and my check was cashed on April 5, 2004 and I never Received either back. I have made numerous attempts to contact them including emails (I have attached them to this complaint) and telephone calls to their number (xxx) xxx-xxxx to inquire as to the Delay and status of my order.

Their Web Site http://www.motorcycletrainingsupplies.com/ is now no longer available and I believe they may have gone out of business

I don't know if you can intervene or not but believe that you should be made aware of their actions so that you can warn other Instructors of them. I will also be contacting the United States Postal Service to investigate if a Mail Fraud Complaint can be filed against them since my $41.75 Payment was mailed to them at their request and I never received the Item that I Paid for.

I will also be informing my local Connecticut Rider Education Association as they were the ones who supplied the Motorcycle Training Supplies Web Site to me.

The email Correspondence that I have had with the Motorcycle Training Supplies Company are below.

Sincerely yours,

Anthony D. Zaccagnino       xxxxxx Conn                        REP # xxxx)       My Home Telephone Number is (xxx) xxx-xxxx

  Dear Sirs:

I placed an order for one of your Leather Cowhide Range Card Pouches advertised on your Web Site and also sent you one of my Connecticut Rider Education Instructors patches to be applied to it. I mailed you my Check for $41.75 on March 19, 2004 along with my Patch as per your instructions. My check was cashed on April 5, 2004 and I have not yet received my Range Card Pouch with my Connecticut Instructors Patch applied to it.

I have sent you several inquiries about it's status (attached below) and even telephoned you regarding it (Voice Mail Messages left at (619) 985-8292)  but I have not yet received any communication back from you to explain the delay.I was told that it would only take a week or two for my order but I have still not received it and all attempts to contact you have been futile.

I hope that this has just been an oversight on your part and that we can correct this situation in a timely manner.

I have left my Home Phone number and also my Cell Phone number on your Voice Mail (619) 985-8292 in an attempt to resolve this matter and hope that we can do so quickly.

Again my Home Number is (xxx) xxx-xxxx8 and my Cell Phone Number (xxx) xxx-xxxx and both have Voice Mail.

I will await your Timely reply before pursuing my further options.

Sincerely yours,

Anthony D. Zaccagnino
